  • Where can I find the prices?

    Unfortunately, as a manufacturer, we do not sell our products directly to consumers, so we can not give you prices. We kindly ask you to direct your inquiry to the furniture trade.   • What are the delivery times for your beds?

  • I need brochures and pricelists.

    We offer our brochures for all lines as online version or for download. You can find all our catalogs & brochures here.
    Unfortunately, since we do not sell our products directly to consumers as a manufacturer, we cannot provide you with prices. We ask you to direct your inquiry to the furniture retailer.   • I want to have a wood sample to compare it with the rest of my furnishing.

  • Which quality seals/certificates do HASENA products have?

    FSC®: see next answer
    E1 standard: All materials used comply with the European E1 standard for materials used in furnishing and interior construction. An independent testing body tests the products from our company on a regular basis. They comply with the requirements for safety of furnishing in indoor applications.

  • Is the wooden furniture FSC® certified?

    A large part of our furniture is FSC® certified. Our products are marked accordingly in the catalogs & brochures. You can view or download all our catalogs & brochures online here.

  • Are the beds suitable for allergy sufferers?

    All stains, varnishes, oils and glues used comply with the European E1 standard for materials used in furniture and interior design. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Please use our contact form for your inquiry.

  • Can I order individual parts/spare parts?

    Orders for spare parts will be gladly accepted by your furniture dealer. Please keep in mind that possible color differences may occur when buying after the fact.   • I want to visit HASENA and to purchase on site, is that possible?

    HASENA manufactures bed furniture and sells it through the furniture trade. We have no exhibition and direct sales.

  • Where does the wood come from?

  • I need help and the beds retailer cannot help me.

  • I am searching for a wardrobe fitting to my bed.

    HASENA does not produce closets. Please contact a furniture retailer of your choice, he will be able to tell you appropriate manufacturers.
